SPRINTING

Besides being a great way to get the blood pumping and the heart rate going, sprinting helps build endurance and increases your oxygen capacity. In between workout rounds you sprint out 50 meters and back inside for more!

ROPES

Ready to increase that upper body strength? Rope climbing is a great way to build strength and confidence. Never climbed a rope before? No worries, we show you and encourage you ever step of the way.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Kettleballs, squats, fitness balls, and other exercises designed to optimize your body by stimulating multiple movements and muscle groups.

WEIGHT LIFTING

The classic! Strength training builds muscle mass, increases flexibility, all why getting stronger and more powerful! No matter your experience level, we are here to help you achieve.
